I hope you are all fine and doing well with the grace of Allah Almighty who is the most beneficial and merciful to us.Today I am going to share my today food diary game in which I shared my today cooking.
Morning:
According to my daily habit, I got up early this morning and performed Wudhu and Fajr prayers. After the Fajr prayers, I recited the Qur'an for a while and then I started walking. To do this, I went to the lush fields of my village and I walked for about half an hour and then came back home. When I came back home, I came home and had breakfast with eggs and bread. I did some housework and after that I told my mother today that I would make it for lunch.

This afternoon I thought of making a chicken handi, for which I first completed all the ingredients.
I ordered meat from the bazaar to make chicken handi and after that I collected all the spices and whatever was used I ordered from the bazaar.
Ingredients:
- Chicken
- Onion
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Tomato
- Green chili
- Red chilli
- Dried coriander
- Turmeric
- Spices
preparation:
First I took all the spices and then I first chopped the onion to medium size and then I added a little water inside it to cook the onion lightly.
When the water of the onions became a little dry and they were cooked to some extent, then I added the meat which I had divided into small portions, and at the same time I added ginger and garlic. Add green pepper and tomato paste.
When the green spices were well mixed inside the meat and the meat started releasing its water, then I added the rest of the spices like red chilli, turmeric, dried coriander and all these things inside it and Fry for a while until all the water is dry.
When the meat absorbed all the spices well, the aroma of the water was spreading and when the water dried well, I took two tablespoons of oil and Added to it.When the oil was added to the curry, the condition of the curry began to improve and the aroma began to improve.
And after adding ghee, when the curry started to change its color, I added two tablespoons of curd inside it to give the curry a little better taste.After adding yoghurt, I fried it a little and then added a little water to make curry.And when I saw that the curry was now ready, I added a little hot spice to it and shook the whole curry with a spoon and then took it off the stove.
Finally I cooked the chicken handy successfully.I hope you will like my today cooking and also like my effort of today.
