hello fellow steemians my name is isma amir and today i am presenting you the ultimate Desi dish which is Tinday ki sabzi (Praecitrullus fistulises). This is a very common Pakistani vegetable which has many health benefits as well. I set the beneficiary 10 % to @sf-charity.
Tindy ki sabzi (Praecitrullus fistulises )
Ingredients:
Tinda 1 kg
onion nicely choped half kg
potato half kg
green chillies 5 to 10
black paper
turmeric powder
cooking oil
salt (to taste)
green lanterns or herbs of your choice
procedure of making Tindy ki sabzi
Step 1
Nicely cut the Tindy as size of inch to one and a half inch cubes. Chopped onion and potato. Take a krahai (Pan) and put onion , potato and tindy in a pan.
Step 2
Add oil of your choice i prefer vegetable oil as i am making the ton of it so i cant measure it with in the cups so i always measure the ingredients of recipes accordingly. Then cover it with the lid and set it on the low to medium fire on stove for 5 to 10 minutes.
Step 3
After 5 to 10 minutes add turmeric powder and salt and black paper and mix it with slow motion. If you mix it with a speed it might make it look saggy at the end. Key to make a perfect looking vegetable never use water or ladle. Then again cover the lid for 20 to 30 minutes on low flame.
Step 4
When you open the lid add some green chilies herbs of your own choice, remove extra oil and your easy to cook and healthy tindy ki sabzi is ready.
