Have a blessed morning to everyone! hoping that everyone is in good.This morning i cook pansit with bihon.
INGRIENTS OF COOKING PANSIT/BIHON
PORK
CARROT
GARLIC
SPRING ONION
ONION
CABBAGE
OIL
SOY SAUCE
SEASONING
SALT
1/2 KILO OF PANSIT
BIHON
At first i wash the pork,onion garlic spring onion and cabbage,then i soak the bihon in the water.
Then i chop the pork as well as onion,spring onion,cabbage and the carrot.
PROCEDURE IN COOKING
Heat the pan after heating a pan put little amount of oil
put the pork saute pork wait until it turn brown
put garlic
onion
then carrots
saute the carrots after that add a little amount of soy sause.
add 3 glass of water wait until it boil and put the seasoing
and other ingredients pansit
bihon and
cabbage and lastly the spring onion
then done.ready for serving.
Then for our lunch i just bought crispy chicken because i am just a little bit busy,and this also my sons favorite.
And that is all for today.
