Hello everyone! Hoping that everybody is fine and safe.Today I am going to share my own food recipe .Today I cook Bitter Gourd as i have known bitter gourd is full of vitamin c, k and A and folate it helps also to prevent cancer , stroke ,heart attack and heart disease. it also has dietary fiber It can also prevent kidney stones and also helps remove kidney stones. Thats why i love to eat and cook always bitter gourd because even if it is bitter it is a healthy food.

My family loves to eat too specially if i add egg.

How to cook Bitter Gourd
ingredoents:

3 gloves garlic
2 tbsp oil
onion
3 egg
2pcs of big groud(ampalaya)
seasoning

)

At firts I wash it with salt to lessen the bitterness of the gourd then i wash it with water twice.

Procedure:
FIrts Heat the pan, if the pan is hot already add 2tbsp of oil then put garlic and onion, then saute the ampalaya or bitter gourd then leave for 1 minute then after that put the egg mix then add seasoning ... leave again for another 3 minutes then ready to serve...
