Hello guys! I want to share my experience in making Banana Cake.
Here are the ingredients

1 & 1/2 cup mashed ripe banana
3 cups flour
1tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 & 1/2 buttermilk powder

Procedure
First, mash the ripe bananas. Using fork then mixer will make it easier.

In another bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt then set aside.

After mixing all the ingredients, grease your cake pan evenly then transfer your batter.

As you can see, the pan is almost 3/4 full. And this is where the problem starts.

I used saladmaster electric skillet and set the temperature for 170°C. I waited for 45minutes then checked inside whats happening

After 45 minutes......

Oh. My. God. HAHAHAHAHAHA this is the part where I failed miserably 😂
I should have filled the cake pan 50% because the cake will rise when it is cooking.

After removing the overflowed parts of the cake, I leave it again for another 30 minutes because the middle is still raw. To check the cake if its cooked, I simply use toothpick and checking if the batter is still sticking in the middle or not.

Here is my finished product. Hope you like my recipe :)
