Greetings with love from our kitchen my beloved friends.
Today I'm gonna share my new discovered recipe, which is a mixture of seafood and chopped vegetables. I called it Seafood Vegetable in a Plate because I still don't have a name for this and I didn't found any name of this from the internet.
Actually seafood is my favorite food paired for rice. Butt since I am pregnant I have less cravings of it aas part of my diet. When I was in the market to buy something, I passed by to seafood corner to buy this. I am thinking of aomething healthy to be paired by this. So here is my own made recipe;
Ingredients
🔸chopped shellfish
🔸chopped carrots and sayote
🔸minced onion and garlic
🔸vinegar and soy sauce
🔸salt and sugar (for seasonings)
Easy steps to follow
1️⃣ Wash frying pan that we will be using. Also wash all the ingredients while boiling the oil in the frying pan.
2️⃣ Cut the onions and garlic into small pieces. Then saute in the hot oil.
3️⃣ When turns brown, fry the chopped seashells together with the onion and garlic. Cooked for 2 minutes.
4️⃣ Pour out the chopped carrots and sayote in the pan. Pour out 1 small pack of vinegar. Cooked for another 2 minutes.
5️⃣ Put the soy sauce followed by some seasoning for better taste. Carefully mixed the food in the pan. Cooked for 5 minutes.
SEAFOOD VEGETABLE IN A PLATE IS NOW READY TO SERVE !!!
Wow! Very delicious. I belive cooking depends on the mood of the cook. When cooking, we need to focus on the food and always have a good disposition during cooking.Always remember, a good chef cook with good mood. I hope you'll gonna try this and see for yoyrself how it taste.
