This particular recipe is very simple to me either. Ingredients are relatively easy to find, the amount of time to put it together is about 25 minutes or less, except you’re making for a large number of people. In fact, if you live in a developed country, the ingredients can be obtained already prepped, and all you have to do is combine everything in a bowl/tray, or set it separately as I did in my post below.
INGREDIENTS
Cabbage 1 medium size
Carrots 2 large size
Cucumber (peeled) 1 large size
Cucumber (Unpeeled) 1 large size
Fresh Red Kidney Beans 1/2 Cup
Mayonnaise (smallest size) 1 jar
Soya Milk 1/2 bottle
PREPARATION/STEPS.
Firstly, wash and soak cabbage, carrot, and cucumber in water and add vinegar or salt for about 25 sec. By doing this your veggies would have free from germs and micro organisms.
Boil the fresh red Kidney beans add a little salt to taste and set aside.
Shred the cabbage finely with kitchen knife, or into 4mm thin and 15mm long.
Grate the carrot with grater or better still use vegetable slicer whichever is convenient
Thinly slice the cucumber (Unpeeled) to give you round shape and then cut it into semi-circle
Shred the cucumber (peeled).
Arrange the prepared veggies in a tray or in a salad bowl, dont forget the boiled red kidney beans, and add mayonnaise and soya milk for dressing.
