Let me introduce my practical recipe Onigiri. It's a simple meal in Japan. It is made of rice in different fillings and shapes. It could be circular, rectangular, or any shape. And is quick and easy with fewer ingredients.

Ingredients:

Furikake/ Japanese seasoning: gomashio (sesame salt)
Wakame (seaweed)
Benizake (red salmon)

Cooked Rice

Utensils:

Onigiri mold

  1. Sprinkle rice with furikake. I separated it into different flavors: gomashio, wakame, and belike
  2. Put the mixed rice into the molder. Pressed it.

3.Arrange it and done.

I made 10 onigiris in less than 10 minutes with the help of my molder. However, you can shape it with your hands. You can serve it warm and cold and eat it any time of the day.
