Hey there !!! Happy New Month. Welcome to the 8th Month of the year. Today will be sharing with us my fish stew recipe.
Items used:
- Fish
- Fresh tomatoes
- Satchet tomatoes
- Fresh pepper
- Crayfish
- Onions
- Curry
- Thyme
- Salt
- Knorr seasoning cubes
- Groundnut oil
Steps:
- wash the fish and spice with onions,pepper, curry,thyme,knorr seasoning cube, add little water so the spices can penetrate the fish then put on fire.
- while it was boiling I chopped my fresh tomatoes (added fresh pepper,curry and salt) and poured into a dry pot on fire and allowed the tomatoes to dry.
- when the tomatoes has dried I added my groundnut oil and allowed it to fry for a while then added the satchet tomatoes
- my fish is well cooked so I gently remove it and set the stock aside.
- I add crayfish (desired quantity) to the stew and stir, then add knorr seasoning, stir and allow to boil for a while.
- I add little fish stock and cover it
- taste for salt, then add the fish gently so it doesn't scatter cause it wasn't fried.
- add the rest of the stock stir, allow to boil for a while then bring down.
Your Sumptuous Fish Stew is ready.
Can be eaten with Rice, Spaghetti, Macaroni,Yam or even plantain.
