Hi, friends,
Im Jyoti from India we are celebrating Diwali this week while we making many sweets for this occasion, I too prepared sweet Diamond Cuts which very easy to make and we could keep stored for 10 to 15 days, here I'm going to give you its recipe.

Ingredients:

❤ Maida flour
❤Sugar
❤ Vegetable Ghee
❤ Edible oil
❤ Cumin seeds

Step1:

Take maida flour in a bowl, add a spoon of cumin seeds, add water and make it dough, then add vegetable ghee and mix well and keep it closed vessel for an hour.

Step 2:

Take the dough and make small balls and roll it to make flat, cut it into small pieces of diamond shapes.

Step3:

Make all the dough into diamond shape pieces and keep them aside.

Step4:

Put the Kadai on flame pour oil to heat, after heating the oil put the diamond pieces into the hot oil to fry, when the pieces turn a golden color, take them out and collet in a big bowl and keep aside.

Step5:

Take a vessel on flame, add 4 cups of sugar and 2 cups of water to make sugar syrup, when the syrup turns thick, take out and pour it on the diamond pieces and let them cool.

Now the sweet Diamond Cuts is ready, serve it as sweet to your guests on any occasion.

I prepared this sweet especially for this Diwali, I have to make more sweet in a few days before Diwali, hope I could share with you all the recipes.
