I am Jyoti from India I love cooking, I like to prepare a variety of foods. Here I'm going to present a recipe of the juicy, luscious and delicious Rasgulle which I have made for this Diwali festival.
Step 1:
Take a bowl with 4 cups of boiled milk, add lemon extract juice into the milk and mix well until the milk turns solid.
Step 2:
When the milk turns solid and separated its water content, take a cloth to filter the water from them.
Step 3:
Take the solid portions of the milk and make it a dough with it.
Step 4:
Take the dough and make it into small balls by rolling it with your palm
Step 5:
Gather all the balls in a vessel add water to boil and cook for five minutes, after cooking keep said to col down.
Step 6:
Now let's make sugar syrup, Take another vessel on flame add 4 cups of sugar and 2 cups of water to boil, stir well until the water turn thick and sticky like honey.
Step 7:
After making the sugar syrup, dip the balls into the syrup for at least 2 hours. when the balls absorb the syrup, will gives us a unique taste.
Step 8:
Now the juicy, luscious and delicious Rasgulle is ready to eat, serve it with a bowl of syrup and a few balls in it.
Yo can also try it at your home with these easy steps, this is a very good dish for any occasion, your guest will be happy to eat it.
