Hi friends,
Today im going to share with you a recipe for Crispy Gobi pakora which is a very spicy and delicious snack.
Ingredients:
❤ Cauliflower ❤ Cabbage ❤ Greenpeace
❤Garam masala powder ❤ Salt ❤ Red chili powder
❤ Ciornflour ❤ Edible Oil ❤ Onions
Step 1:
Take the vegetable chop them into small pieces and keep them in a bowl and wash them properly.
Step 2:
Add a cup of cornflour and garam masala, red chili powder, required amount of salt, and mix them well
Step 3:
Take garlic and ginger make a paste with a mixer grinder and add it to the vegetables and mix them well.
Step 4:
Put the Kadai on flame add edible oil to heat and take a spoon of mixture to put it into the oil to fry.
Step 5 :
Take them out when the mixture turns brown in color
Now the Crispy Gobi pakora is ready to eat, serve them on a plate.
