Today i will be showing few steps i used to prepare aalu tamatr jhol ...š
the simplicity of the dish which makes it so wonderful.
Aloo jhol is a dish from the Uttar Pradesh cuisine and served with pooris. Aloo poori is very popular all over India and there are many potato based curries which are made to accompany the pooris and this is one such delicious recipe.

The recipe used
ā¢Boiled potatoes š„
ā¢tomatoes š
ā¢red chilli š¶
ā¢coriander powder
ā¢salt (add to your desired taste)
ā¢Everest garam masala
ā¢turmeric
ā¢onion
ā¢garlic
The above listed recipes are what i used to prepare my delicious tomatoes š
potatoes š„
Firstly we take...
Boiled and mashed potatoes
Tomato ,onion , garlic, red chilli and and chopped them...
Then heat the oil in the pan and put the onion and garlic inside the hot oil fir few seconds
Now I fried the tomato and onion gravy for some seconds
them i stir continuously until as setisfied with it them i cooked it for about 10 minutes
And then mix spices
Mix well and after few seconds....
After few seconds we will mix, mash potatoes with garam masala ....
Mix well ....
...and add some water for 15-20 min ...
Now my ....
Aloo tamatr jhol is ready is ready to serve
Aloo tamatar jhol with pooris makes for a nice weekend breakfast or brunch. Best is to serve this spiced curry with pooris or luchis. You can also have with chapatis or steamed rice.
