Hello everyone, I hope you all are fine and please stay safe in this pandemic.

Since we don't go out on this special day but we can make this day special for our special ones by making things with love.

This contest by @steemfoods is one of the best contest and I'm excited to participate in this contest and I decided to make Devil's chocolate cake for my Mother on her day and decided to share my recipe with you all and hope you all like it.

Let's get started with the recipe.

DEVIL'S CHOCOLATE CAKE🍫🎂

INGREDIENTS

▪️2 packets orea biscuit
▪️Milkmaid condensed milk
▪️Powdered sugar
▪️Fruit salt (ENO)
▪️Milk
▪️Compound chocolate
▪️Dried rose petals
▪️ Almonds

Step-1 Take packets of Oreo biscuits.

And grind them in a mixer.

Grind the biscuits untill the consistency looks like this.

Step-2 Now take the biscuits powder out in a separate bowl.

Add powdered sugar into the mix

Now add Milk into the biscuits powder

Slowly incorporate the mixture and make a consistency like shown below

And add chopped Almonds into the mixture

PREPARE A PRE HEATED PAN

Step-3 Take a wide pan and spread a layer of Salt into the base of pan

And turn on the flame on medium heat shut the lid of the pan.

Step-4 Add Fruit salt into the mixture.

And mix well, the mixture will become fluffy like shown below.

Step-5 Take a utensil with flat base like this

Take a butter paper

Now Grease the utensil and butter paper very well

Now add batter into the utensil

Now put a flat surface bowl upside-down into the pan for the height which doesn't touch the base.

And put the utensil into the pre heated pan.

Shut the lid and bake the mixture for atleast 20-25 minutes.

Let's make Honey caramel candy until our cake gets baked

HONEY CARAMEL CANDY

Ingredients
▪️Honey
▪️Sugar
▪️coffee powder
▪️baking soda

Step-1 Take a bowl and add 6 tablespoons of honey 🍯 and put it on medium flames.

Now add 4 tablespoons of sugar

Add coffee powder

Finally add baking soda and it should looks like this

After adding baking soda

Now put the honey caramel into the aluminium foil and freeze it.

LET'S CHECK OUR CAKE

It's ready, you can check by poking a knife into the cake if the mixture sticks to the knife, it's not ready yet.

Now take out the cake into a plate upside-down

Remove the butter paper and put condensed milk on the sponge

Now add melted chocolate and layer it on top of sponge

Now take out the Honey caramel candy out of the fridge and crush the candy.

Now garnish the sponge with caramel candy and chopped chocolate chips

And decorate with some dried rose petals

And our cake is ready to be served 🎂

My mother like this cake so much and trust me it was so rich in flavour.

This cake recipe is my family's favourite recipe.
