I'm very happy to participate in the 33rd contest of steam foods community. I'm glad to be a part of this community it's very special day for all of us.
I warmly congratulate both @SteemFoods and @alikoc07 on this special day.
I am going to celebrate this anniversary with my most favourite Indian dish which is known as Pav Bhaji.
Is one of the most favourite dishes of India and everyone loves to eat this dish on special occasions.
I am gonna show this recipe in following steps so you can have this most mouth watering dish anytime.
INGREDIENTS
βͺοΈ Onions
βͺοΈ Tomatoes
βͺοΈ Garlic
βͺοΈ Pea
βͺοΈ Potatoes
βͺοΈ Bottle gourd
βͺοΈ Cauliflower
βͺοΈ Beet root
βͺοΈ Beans
βͺοΈ Carrot
βͺοΈ Capsicum
βͺοΈ Pav bhaji spice
βͺοΈ Bread
Step 1
First chop all the vegetables and best part is you can add any vegetables of your choice.
Wash them thoroughly.
Step 2
Take a pressure cooker put all the vegetables into it and add water at least three cups of water and add salt to taste.
Add salt.
Add tomatoes into the pot.
And pressure cook it until 3-4 whistle.
Step 3
Take a pan and add oil into it.
Add cumin seeds into the hot oil.
Add hing and chopped garlic.
Now add pav bhaji masala into the hot oil.
Now add chopped tomatoes into the pan and saute them well.
Cook them until it gets soft.
Step 4
Now take another Pan and add butter into it and add chopped garlic into it and fry it until it gets brown.
Now add chopped onions.
Add chopped green chillies.
Now add all the boiled vegetables into the pan.
Mash all the boiled vegetables with the help of masher.
Now add pav bhaji masala and salt.
And add coriander and red chilli powder.
Step 5
Now add cooked tomatoes paste we made earlier.
Cooked it well.
Now we need bread.
Toast the buns in butter.
Now serve bhaji with pav.
That's all, you all can enjoy this tasty and healthy simple recipe in any occasion.
