happy to join you one more am back with a recipe for the fufu and kati kati Cameroonian particularly Northwest delicacy๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹ yummny
Okay guys here are the step๐Ÿ‘‡

For the fufu corn
Ingredients :

6 cups of white or yellow corn flour
4 litres of water
pot
A wooden stick
plantain leaves or nylon paper to wrap
Method

place a pot on the fire and put about 3litres of water and allow it to bowl
Sieve flour, take a 2 cups and mix with cold water
Remove 2 litres of the boiled water and store in a flask
Add the mixed flour to the remaining water in the pot while stirring steadily until it thickens
Cover it to boil for about 10 minutes. Then add the remaining corn flour while stirring steadily to avoid lumps
If fufu is too thick, add some cups of boiled water and stir to a desire consistency. It must not be too soft.
Cover the pot to cook for about 20 minutes while tearing nylon for wrapping.
Open the pot and stir again for fufu to mix well. Then corn fufu is ready.
Use a saucer to remove fufu corn in small quantities and wrap in nylon. Put in a hot fufu corn flask to keep it hot.
Note here It is very important to use hot water for corn fufu so as to maintain an even temperature all through the cooking process and to facilitate rising.

How to prepare huckleberry ( njama-njama)
Ingredients:
-1kg of huckleberry

1 maggi and salt to taste
1 cooking spoon of palm oil
1 red or yellow pepper
Method

Pick huckleberry by removing grass , dirts , hard stems, yellow and rotten leaves.
Wash and rinse until its clean
Put huckleberry in a pot on the fire and add a pinch of salt.
Cover pot and allow to cook for 10 minutes. Drain any extra liquid then add palm oil and maggi and stir.
Allow it to cook for 5 minutes then remove pot from fire.
Roast pepper and put on huckleberry
How to prepare KATI-KATI
Ingredients :

Chicken
2 medium size onions (optional )
2 large fresh tomatoes (optional )
5 cooking spoon palm oil
1 maggi and salt to taste
How to prepare KATI-KATI
Ingredients :

Chicken
2 medium size onions (optional )
2 large fresh tomatoes (optional )
5 cooking spoon palm oil
1 maggi and salt to taste
Method

Kill and clean chicken in hot water
Dissect chicken and remove all organs
slice chicken in reasonable slices, wash, rub salt and or maggi and roast on a grill in an open fire until it becomes brown.
slice onions and chop tomatoes
Put remaining oil in a pot and heat without bleaching. Put onion and tomatoes and fry.
Add maggi and salt then chicken. Allow to simmer for 10 minutes.

Kati-kati is ready.๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿ’ƒ Remove and serve with huckleberry and corn fufu.
