Today I am going to share with you a simple recipe. This recipe I will tell you step-by-step what you need to do. This recipe is a very tasty. I have never seen what it feels like to cook and eat but it is very tasty to eat by betting.
I will share with you this recipe for roasted eggplant with fish is tested and when I was cooking my house everyone in my house ate you will definitely try it at home. I hope everyone will taste it and eat it.

- Onion
- Raw Chili
- Tomato
- Yellow Powder
- Chili Powder
- Coriander Powder
- Oil
- Eggplant
- Hilsa fish
- Salt etc.
Now I will explain to you how I made the roasted eggplant recipe with this hilsa fish.
STEP 01
- First I cut the eggplant. Since I will make this recipe with eggplant and fish, I cut the eggplant, washed it and put it in a bowl.
- Here I cut the fish first then clean it nicely then wash it with water then put the water in a bowl
- Here are the cooking spices. Here are some of the spices I need to cook. Here I have yellow powder, chilli powder, coriander powder.
STEP 02
- Here I have spiced the fish. I will fry them in oil. I will first fry them in oil with a little turmeric and a little salt. To fry them in oil, we usually fry the fish first and then cook it.
- Now I put some oil on a plane and after the oil got hot I put some fish on it to fry.
- The fish have become fried. Now I will pick them up and prepare them for cooking.
- At this stage I am frying the eggplant in a oil with fish, so if I fry this eggplant in the previous oil, its test increases, so I always do it.
STEP 03
- put the eggplant in the pan and added some more oil for cooking and put onion, green chilli and tomato in it.
- The spice has been added. Now I will not put water in it anymore because I used to add this spice with a little water. Now I will stir the eggplant inside it.
- Now I will peel the eggplant so that when I have finished seasoning, I put the eggplant in it. I fried the eggplant in oil so I will live a little and then I will add water.
- My spices and eggplant are both finished. Now I will put water inside the eggplant and my recipe will be ready when it dries in the water.
- As soon as the cooking water dries up, you will realize that this recipe is ready. Now I will not take these and turn off the stove.
