Hello dear and appreciated steemfood community, I know that I have been a bit distanced but I am again pleased to share with this great family, on this occasion I want to share some cooking tips, something that, in the face of so many shortages in my Venezuela, has been learned to give value and rationing of things and well our main dish is the popular arepa, which we fill with whatever, chicken, meat, eggs, salads, on our tables it cannot be missing, it is an everyday foods.
Today I want to share with you my method to render the popular PAN HARINA, generally when I make rice I have leftover rice, I do not throw it away, I wash it well to completely remove it from the pot and loosen it a little more and with it I make my delicious and exquisite arepas of grilled rice.
After washing, I add a little water, salt to taste and incorporate the necessary flour so that my dough is firm, soft and manageable.
With the previously hot griddle over moderate heat, we proceed to place our delicious rice arepas, turning and turning until they are ready to fill to your liking.
