Hello all my fellows

Hope you all are doing great and enjoying your life I'm also good back again 😆 with another food diary and my foody day , let's start the diary without waisting time.


Just woke up early because slept early because of weather ,felt all the time lazy 🦥 that's why woke up early and I was just thinking what to do because there is so cold outside then I came back to room and slept again😁😴


Then we woke up 12:00pm and then made breakfast for both of us made paratha and omelette and tea , it's for us unusual breakfast because we didn't eat paratha on daily basis.

snacks time

then I just started homechores I washed my clothes yesterday so I just took off them ,And fold them and set my and my husband wardrobe then I was craving some snacks so I made potatoes and cheese cutlets.


I just took 5 to 6 potatoes and boild them first and when they boiled peel of the skin .

Then mashed them finely .

Add spices,red crushed pepper,salt , turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and mix them I also add green chili.

Then add half lemon juice.

Then left for 10 minutes and took mozzarella cheese.

Now I started making shapes and put mozzarella cheese inside the cutlets.

Then I pour some oil on pan and fry them and I put Left over cheese on top of cutlets .

I just called my husband and we enjoyed in evening with cup of tea. Then we g
Went for buying baking oven and buy some veggies and fruit and back to home start preparing dinner .nd made spinach with chicken gravy. I'll give you the quick Racipe.


Dinner

I just take chicken and washed it finely then cut the onion and took pot ,pour oil add whole spices and add onion I use mustard oil now days because it's good for health and for cholesterol.

Then add ginger garlic paste and basic spices and add chicken and fry them all together . Then add also spinach which I always freezed I cuted and freeze them just add them and also add tomatoes .

Put theid and left for half hour and it will be ready .
