Hello all foodians 🥘

I hope you doing great and enjoying your life with delicious food today I'm going to share my food diary and I'm glad to share with you all our winter special Racipe , and my ful day food activities I love to write my food diary because it's something like we share all day with friends and it's actually something like this so let's start the diary.

Start with the morning 🌅

I woke up early today because I slept last night early so that's why I just made my breakfast because I was hungry,I take bread with butter and tea

and then just some done steemit work and scroll videos of YouTube.
Then my husband woke and I made breakfast for him toast with half fry egg with tea.

Husband went to his work Then I set up a washing machine because lots of clothes were collected that's why And at the same time I keep cleaning and then I slept for a while,and then woke up and felt hungry so I ate rice with beet root and some snacks, beet root is very healthy for our body and skin and in winter it's give more benefits.

I had to prepared dinner Husband told me his choice today make fry egg with potato curry so I started making dinner .

Evening /night
Then I started prepared dinner and made egg fry.which is quite simple but yummy as well you should definitely try you will love it let's start the Racipe.

Egg fry

  • I just took 6 potatoes and chopped them into small squares then I also took 4 onion and chopped them,
  • Then took a pot pour oil and add Black whole paper and ad chopped onions fry them for few minutes ,then add potatoes

  • Add potatoes and fry them together and add all the spices you can add whatever you want to add but I always use our basic spices,

  • Then add chopped tomatoes and mix them well and put the lid on and left for 20 minutes.

  • I took two egg you can add more then add some red pepper and salt add to the mixture and mix them together .

It will be ready for 10 minutes and you can served it with loaf,bread , paratha any thing you want we ate it with parathas.

Unique combination. I drank beet root juice, it's not that tasty and it choked my throat.

Thanks for reviewing my post ❤️ tbh I never drank beet root juice 😁 but yes I must have eaten ,I made as like we made fry potatoes with adding some our Desi spices ,it's taste super yummy when it cooked I'll taste you sometimes 👍🤤😁
