Hello my foody friends Hope you all are fit and fine in your life im back with another food diary
And today Im going to share green gram lentil which is called in Pakistan (moong daal) I love lentils and vegetables so you all can see my post I used to made vegetables mostly so let's start my diary without waisting your previous time..
Morning / Afternoon
As usual we woke up 11:30am because my husband came late at night that why so I made breakfast for both of us I made tea,half fry egg and paratha for my husband and i ate bread with tea.
After breakfast he went to his work and i watched tv some pending dramas then I started home chores.then I wanted to buy something so I went out to nearest market and as you know when you go out it's necessary to eat street food we bought some pizza firs and Bun kabab Karachi famous.
Evening
Then came back to home and started making dinner and dinner Manu you already knows.
Green Gram whole Lentil
( moong daal)
- Ingredients
- Moong lentil
- Ginger garlic paste
- Red paper powder
- Turmeric powder
- Salt
- Water
- For Tarka
- Onion
- Whole red paper
- Kadi leave
- Oil
Racipe
First I took Moong lentil and washed it finely and add water on pot and add lentil and put on it flame.
Then add all spices which one by one .
And put on the flame and when one boiled came just put on the lid on .
When lentil became soft thats mean lentil is perfectly cooked so just off the flame and I just took out lentil into the serving dish.
Tarka preparation
For Tarka I just took one medium onion and took a pan and pour some oile and add sliced onion and whole red paper and kadi leave.
Add Tarka on prepared lentil
Tip. Add Tarka when you serve on dinning
And its ready to eat.
When my husband came home I served him the dinner and then made coffee for both of us and the day was ended happily.
