INGREDIENTS
2 cups | Evaporated Milk |
---|---|
1/2 cup | Cream Cornstarch |
3/4 cup | Sweet Corn Kernels |
1/2 cup | Sugar |
2 cups | Thin Coconut Milk |
1/2 cup | Condensed Milk |
STEPS
Step 1: Prepare all the materials.
Step 2: Get the milk of the coconut by squeezing it.
Step 3: Mix all the prepared ingredients with proper measurement.
Step 4: Whisk over low heat until cornstarch is fully dissolved.
Step 5: When mixture is smooth, thick and free of lumps, transfer it into a bowl. Let it cool for 2 hours.
And here it is! It is now ready to serve. YUMMY!
