STEEMFOODS: FILIPINO PANCIT CANTON | MY OWN VERSION

I'd like to share to you my own version of Filipino Pancit Canton Noodles, it is one of the most popular dish here in Philippines. It is often served during birthdays and any special occassions to symbolize long life.

Ingredients:

• 2tbsp Oil
• 1 Small Onion Chopped
• 4 Cloves Onion
• 1 Red Bell Pepper
• 1 kilo Pancit Canton Noodles
• 500g Pork Chopped
• 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
• Salt & pepper
• 1/4 pc Cabbage
• 2 Onion leaves optional
•4 Cups of water

Procedures:

• Heat the pan and put small amount of oil

• Put the pork into the pan and stir it until golden brown

•Saute garlic and onion and stir on
•Put red bell pepper

•Put small amount of Soy sauce and pepper
•Put small amount of salt (optional)

•Add 4 cups of water and wait to simmer

•After boiling put again small amount of soy sauce and pepper to taste

•Put Pancit canton noodles

•Put the cabbage then mix well

•Put Onion leaves (optional)

Transfer to a serving plate.Serve hot,share and enjoy!
