I want to share a very tasty recipe, for a delicious seafood rice, this has mollusks, which are very nutritious and provide phosphorus and omega 3 to the body to keep it healthy.
To make this rice you will need:
• Mollusks of your preference, clean and finely chopped.
• 2 cups of rice.
• 4 cups of water or broth.
• finely chopped vegetables (onion, chives and peppers)
• Chopped parsley.
• Salt and pepper.
• Oil.
preparation:
First we fry the vegetables in a pan with 3 tablespoons of oil, until they wilt.
Next, we add the mollusks and let them absorb the flavor of the vegetables for a few minutes.
Then, we pour the rice into the sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste.
We pour the water and let the rice cook until dry.
Finally we give it a touch of freshness, adding chopped parsley.
