Good evening I speak to you to introduce myself and know who I am, firstly my name is Edward Torres I am 33 years old, I live in Venezuela, I really like the cuisine I do everything I found out about this page because I was looking if there was a community of cuisine and this community is number 1 in steemi I am an Industrial Engineer graduated in 2014 at the Universidad Politecnica Territorial Aragua Venezuela

This time, together with my presentation, I bring you a very easy and comfortable recipe to prepare something quickly for those who do not have time to cook.

ingredients:

1kg chicken
1kg of spaghetti pasta
4 sweet pepper
1 teaspoon salt
6 garlic mashed or complete to your liking
1 paprika
seasonings to your liking

tomato sauce to your liking
2 potatoes, minced

preparation:

in a container place the chicken with half a glass of water with

1 tablespoon of salt

2 place with garlic and let it cook

3 place the dressings to your liking

4: add tomato sauce

5Let cook for 15min then add the seasonings a little more water and not much and test if it is okay to salt and boil for a few minutes

place the pasta or spaghetti to cook

when you are ready to serve and ready to eat a feast ..
