Hello Steemfoods community today is my 7th day with today is 14 days full of competition of the challenge of @steemitblog today I come to show who is my favorite cheff, and fulfilling the rules and expectations of the community I will talk about me I am my own favorite cheff in the course of my career here in steemit I have made incredible culinary recipes at first I was not so professional because I was learning then later I dedicated myself to create recipes for steemfoods really I did not study or anything everything was teaching me my mom my aunts and my families I learn very quickly whatever and pay close attention so today I will demonstrate an incredible recipe for a favorite dessert of Queen Elizabeth, the cold maria cookie cake or chocolate marquise with whipped cream.

Ingredients:

👨🍳2 Packets of maria biscuits = 13Bss = 7 Steem.
👨🍳100gr cocoa = 6Bss = 3.28 Steem.
👨🍳140Gr of whipped cream powder =12.3Bss = 6.74 Steem
👨🍳Maisena solo use 50gr = 6 Bss = 3.28 Steem
👨🍳Colored rain = 6Bss = 3.28Steem
👨🍳Milk powder =7Bss = 3.83 Steem
👨🍳Azuca = 7Bss = 3.83 Steem
Total = = =57BSS = 31.25 Steem

Preparation:

In a bowl pour 1 liter of water add 100gr of powdered milk over low heat, dissolve 50gr of cornstarch in a small cup of water and add it to the mixture and then add the chocolate little by little until everything is completely diluted.

Beat constantly, add 200 grams of sugar and mix everything until it thickens. Once it is ready, test it and go to the next step.

To make the chantilly cream we need to measure it first in a small glass, this is what I added in an aluminum or metal container preferably we are going to measure the 3 ingredients that the cream contains, milk, water and chantilly powder.

We measure the same amount of powdered milk and add it to the container and then the same amount of water or the whole bucket in this case.

While the chocolate is resting, we are going to beat the whipped cream for about 5 minutes until it rises. Once it rises, we proceed to put it in the refrigerator, specifically in the freezer, for 10 minutes, that is why it is in an aluminum container.

While this cools we are going to place the cookies on our tray where we are going to prepare our delicious cake.

Then we are going to make layers and we are going to add the chocolate that we prepared must be warm if you like you can soak the cookies with milk or orange juice and it will be super special to me I like this traditional way so I prepare it that way.

Now that we have our base ready, we must put it in the refrigerator for about 1 hour in the freezer and then decorate it.

We take out the whipped cream that we had in the fridge and we must whip it again for about 3 to 4 minutes depending on when it is already well orogenia and nice hard add it to our sleeve or add it to our base you can decorate it as you like.

Este es quizás uno de los postre que mas gusta de la amplia gama de existencia de los mismos.

A mi me gusta preparar muchos postres y considero que se me da bien. Las tortas frías las preparo como tu, con galleta María, aunque últimamente las hago con bizcochos que preparo yo mismo.
