Ingredients
300g Torsadettes
6 Tomatoes
3 cloves of garlic
1.5L Chicken broth
1/2 lemon juice
1 tbsp Olive oil
Salt pepper
Preperation
In a pot of boiling water, immerse the tomatoes for 1 minute. Peel them and cut them into small cubes. Peel and mince the garlic.
In a large saucepan, heat the broth. As soon as it boils, add the garlic, tomatoes, lemon juice and oil. Season with salt and pepper and simmer for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, mix the preparation then, still on the heat, add the pasta. Cook until the pasta is al dente. Serve hot.
