Chicken - 300 g
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
- Chili powder - 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Salt - to taste

- Pepper - 1 tbsp
- Coconut - 1/4 cup (sliced)
- Chili - 4
- Coriander - 1 tbsp
- Ginger - 1 inch
- Garlic - 5 cloves
- Bark - 1 piece
- Cardamom - 2
- Clove - 3
- Curry leaves - for a little spice ...
- Oil - 5 tbsp
- Mustard - 1/2 tsp
- Cumin - 1/2 tsp
- Large Onion - 1 (finely chopped)
- Tomato - 1 (chopped into powder)
- Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
- Curry leaves - a little
- Green Chili - 3 (Grind)
- Salt - to taste
- Water - required amount
Recipe:
First the thrift should be thoroughly washed clean. Then put the soaked ingredients in the chicken and let it soak for at least 30 minutes.
Then put a frying pan in the oven, pour a teaspoon of oil in it and when it is hot, add the ingredients given for grinding one by one and fry for a few minutes till it smells good and let it cool down.
Then put the ingredients in a mixer jar, pour a little water and grind well to keep the spices alone.
Then put another frying pan in the oven, pour the remaining oil in it and when it is hot, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, anise and then add onion and fry well until soft.
Then add tomatoes and sprinkle a little salt and fry well. Next add coriander powder and fry on low heat for 2 minutes.
Then add the ground spices, stir well for 2-3 minutes, add the soaked chicken, sprinkle with salt to taste and stir well to add the spices to the chicken. Bake for about 5 minutes on low heat.
Next pour 1-2 cups of water in it, cover over medium heat and simmer for about 15 minutes.
Then add curry leaves and ground green chillies, saut for 1-2 minutes and sprinkle coriander on top to prepare delicious Karaikudi Chicken Roast.
