Jugo de Mango Cocido || Cooked Mango Juice

✔ 5 mangos verdes
✔ 1/lts agua.
✔ Azucar al gusto.
✔ 5 green mangoes
✔ 1/lts water.
✔ to taste
Preparación || Preparation
- Primero: Lavar, pelar y picar los mangos.
First: Wash, peel and chop the mangoes.
Segundo: Montar una olla con agua y agregar el mango, dejar hervir 25min. apagar y luego botar el agua caliente.
Second: Put a pot with water and add the mango, let it boil for 25 minutes, turn off and then throw away the hot water.
Tercero: Licuar el mango cocido y luego pasar por el colador.
Third: Blend the cooked mango and then strain through a sieve.
Cuarto: Agregar azúcar al gusto y ya queda listo el jugo.
Fourth: Add sugar to taste and the juice is ready.
