On this occasion, I will share a recipe that everyone likes, namely "Grilled Snapper Fish".
It tastes so delicious, with spices that seep to the bone.
Let's take a look at the manufacturing process.
INGREDIENT
- 500 grams of snapper
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp pepper
- 5 tbsp sweet soy sauce for a spread
Ground Spices
- 3 red chilies
- 5 cayenne pepper
- 2 red onions
- 2 garlics
- 2 candlenuts
- 1 piece of ginger
- 2 segments of turmeric
- 2 tbsp palm sugar
- 2 tbsp tamarind
Proses
- Clean the fish, then coat with lemon, salt, and pepper, set aside.

- Puree the spices until smooth.
- Coat the fish with fine spices until the surface of the fish is completely covered
Grill Process
I use the oven for baking, if you want to use the stove or coals that's fine too. I just want to be practical 🤭.
- Heat the oven to 180°C for about 10 minutes, then put the fish in the preheated oven.
- Prepare sweet soy sauce for spread. After 30 minutes, remove the fish and brush the surface of the fish with sweet soy sauce, put it back in the oven, let it rest for 10 minutes.

Remove the fish, turn it over, and spread the sweet soy sauce on the other surface, put it back in the oven, let it rest for 10 minutes.
Fishes are cooked and remove from the oven.
Seasoning
- 8 red chilies
- 3 red onions
- 5 cayenne pepper
- 1 tomato
- 1/2 lime
- 10 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- Slice the spice as shown in the picture
- Add sweet soy sauce, soy sauce, and lemon, mix well
- Seasoning for serving is ready to use
