Before anything else, I would like everyone to know who I am briefly. I am Romel or @loloy2020 from the Philippines and I am new to this community. I am here on Steemit since 2017 and I really enjoyed what I am doing here because Steemit really helps me a lot, I would like also to share here my latest achievement here in Steemit, see it here. By the way, I also a member of the Steemit Philippines Community and one of the admin.
Now, what I am going to share for today is my very first post here which I will be going to show on how to cook one of the Filipino's favorite food, the Fish Escabeche.

I will be going to show here a step-by-step cooking process on how to cook fish escabeche and hopefully everyone will get and try this too.
The Ingredients:

- Slice Onion, Garlic, and Ginger.
- Any Kind of Fish available.
- Catsup, Brown Sugar, Soy Sauce, Corn starch, or flour and make the mixture for the sauce.
- Salt and seasonings.
Step-by-step Instructions on how to cook Fish Escabeche

- Fried all the sliced Fish until it is golden brown then set aside.
- Do not throw away the oil used to fried the fish as it will be used to cook the spices.
- Now, put enough oil in the frying pan then saute all the spices. Let's start with the Ginger then wait till golden brown, next will be Onion and lastly, the Garlic then waits again until all were golden brown, please don't make it to black.
- After sauteed all the spices, add now the fried fish to the frying pan together with the sauteed spices then mix it gradually.
- Next will be adding the mixture you made as a sauce of the Fish Escabeche.
- Lastly, add some salt and seasonings but it depends on your taste, just add gradually.
- Cover it for at least 5 minutes until the sauce suits the fried fish.
- After a while, everything is finished and the Fish Escabeche is finally cooked.

Hmmm...Yum! Escabeche is one of my favorites among fish menus. Thanks for sharing, bro. I am sure you had a full tummy after that sumptuous meal.
