My Pahela Boishakh breakfast recipes-It was unique and tasty

Today I am interested to share my Pahela Boishakh recipes.It was all about breakfast of the morning of the first day of bengali new year.There are five kind of Bharta.

Potatao Bharta,Pumpkin Bharta,Prawn Bharta,Brinjal Bharta,Tomato Bharta

Cooking Ingredients: -

  1. Shrimp - 250 grams

  2. Eggplant - 1 medium

  3. 4 tomatoes

  4. Sweet pumpkin - 250 grams

  5. 2 medium potatoes

  6. Garlic-4

  7. Salt - to taste

  8. Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon

  9. Onion sprouts - 1 cup

  10. Green pepper - 10

  11. Dried pepper - 10 pieces

  12. Mustard oil - 100 grams

  13. Mustard paste - 2 teaspoons

Procedure: -

  1. I clean and wash the shrimps well.
  2. Wash the other vegetables well and cut them into pieces.
  3. Tomatoes, eggplant, sweet pumpkin, potatoes are boiled separately.
  4. I fry the shrimps in mustard oil mixed with salt and turmeric.
  5. I fry onion, garlic cloves, green chillies and dried chillies separately.
  6. Make 2 tablespoons mustard paste.
  7. For the shrimp paste, fry the shrimp, 2 green chillies, 2 dried chillies, 1 teaspoon fried onion, 1 teaspoon fried garlic together in shilpata. Then mix well with mustard oil and mustard paste. Stuffed.
  8. For garlic paste, take 3 teaspoons fried garlic, 2 teaspoons fried onion, 2 fried raw chillies, 2 fried dried chillies, salt to taste and mix together. 1 teaspoon of mustard oil is mixed.
  9. For sweet pumpkin mash, boiled sweet pumpkin, salt to taste, 1 teaspoon mustard oil, 2 fried green chillies and mix well together.
  10. Mix the boiled eggplant with salt to taste, 2 fried dried chillies, 2 fried chillies, 1 teaspoon fried onion, 1 teaspoon fried garlic and make eggplant paste.
  11. Boiled potato, salt to taste, 3 teaspoons mustard oil, 2 teaspoons fried onion, 2 fried green chillies, 3 fried dried chillies are mixed together to make mashed potatoes.
  12. Mix the tomatoes with the salt, 2 teaspoons of mustard oil and 2 fried dried chillies to taste. Made our tomato mash.
    You can try the fillings for breakfast.
