In Nigeria, potatoes are either boiled, fried, porridged, etc for fold. Today I am going to show you how to make potato porridge. So let's get started.
Here are the ingredients :
Potatoes _ 3pcs
Periwinkle _ 1cup
Seasoning cube (Maggi) _ 1cube
ginger,garlic ,turmeric _ 1pc of ginger 3pcs of garlic and1pc of turmeric.
Curry _1satchet
onions _1medium sized
pepaper _to taste
salt _to taste
Red oil _100 mL
scent leave
procedure:
peel potatoes and cut
peel ginger garlic and tumeric and pound
pound pepper
Wash the periwinkle and put in a pot and steam it with ginger garlic tumeric pepper salt Maggi onions

Wash the potatoes and put in a pot of boiling water.
then give it some minutes to soften, make sure the water in it is in the same level or a little less.
then pour in the steamed periwinkle, add the curry powder and stir. slice the scent leave and add to the potato and then pour the oil and stir.
