Hello lovely people of steemfoods, I’m glad to share how I prepared my lunch and the amount of steem I used in preparing. Beans stew with fried plantain was my lunch, beans is very rich with protein and it’s the best protein food I can recommend to everyone especially vegetarians
Ingredients
• Beans : 0.7steem
• Plantain:0.7steem
I prefer the very riped ones
• Fish: 1.4steem
• Palm oil: 0.4steem
• Fermented fish: 0.1steem
• Tomatoes: 0.2steem
• Onions: 0.2steem
• Vegetable oil: 0.4steem
• Garlic and ginger: 0.1steem
Method of Preparation
• Wash the beans very well and soak for sometime for it to soften a bit.
• Put water on fire and let it boil small
• Add the brand to the water on fire and allow to cook
• Blend the tomatoes,onion,garlic, ginger and pepper
• Place the oil with the fermented fish on fire and allow to fry
• Then add the blended mixture and allow to cook
• Add the fish to the stew then add the cooked beans and allow it to be on fire for the water to drain
Fried Plantain
• Cut the plantain into a preferred size
• Put oil on fire for it to heat a bit
• Then add the plantain to fry
Food is ready, prepared with 4.2steem
