Preparation of an African Delicacy-Plantain with Kontomire(Cocoyam leaves) Stew with a Touch of Egg.24/04/2021

Hello everyone, trust your day was great and you are eating healthy too. Today I prepared an African delicacy for dinner; plants with coco yam leaves stew. It was so delicious and easy to prepare.

Ingredients

Plantain

Cocoyam Leaves

Tomatoes and pepper

Method of Preparation

• Pill plantain

• Put the pilled plantain in a utensil and wash the cocoyam leaves and add it to it then put the eggs on it, add salt and cook

• Grind the pepper, tomatoes and onions

• Add the cooked cocoyam leaves and grind

•Put the palm oil,fermented fish and pinions on fire and fry then add the grinded mixture
