PREPARATION OF LIGHT SOUP IN A GHANAIAN WAY.30/03/2021

Good evening lovely people . Trust you are doing great
Today’s delicacy is light soup and ate it with fufu. I got my dad to help me out at the kitchen

Mutton and beef

Method of Preparation
Cook the garden egg and the Turkey berries

Blend the garlic, ginger, onions,turkey berries,garden eggs

After pour the blended mix on the meat and allow to cook add the prekese(add the salt and maggi cube)

After blend the tomatoes and pepper

Then add the blended tomatoes to the meat on fire and allow to cook. After add the dried fish and okro

Today our fufu was instant so dad stirred it on fire
