Hello lovely steemians, another episode comes your way tonight as I give you the ingredients and step by step preparation of Palava Sauce

Palava sauce rich in essential nutrients for the body such as Vitamin C,Folate just to mention a few with dishes, such as cooked rice, cooked yam and plantain. Others can eat it with kenkey or banku.

Ingredients are as follows

Fresh tomatoes,onion,pepper and garlic

salted fish(momoni)and tuna

Processed tomatoes

Cooking Procedure

Blend the garlic and onion

Blend the tomatoes and pepper

Put a pan of oil on fire then put your salted fish in it

After pour the blended onion

Then add the magi cube

Let it fry for some time then add the fish

Cook the cocoyam leaves for sometime, you can cut it as well

Then grind in an earthen ware

Add water to the white seed melon

Add the grinded leaves to the stew then the white seed melon and let it cook
