En esta oportunidad prepare una deliciosa y saludable ensalada, muy nutritiva y sobre todo fácil de preparar; necesite una chayota, un tomate, parte de una cebolla, medio pepino, un poquito de sal y aceite de girasol.

Primero herví la Chayota con agua filtrada hasta que esta se ablandara, deje enfriar y le quite toda la concha con ayuda de mis dedos ya que es muy fácil de esconchar, la corte por la mitad y le saque la semillita del centro para limpiarla.
