Pues a mí sí, se me ocurrió preparar unos ricos pancitos media luna, al cual pueden untar una rica mermelada de tu preferencia, mantequilla, queso o simplemente solitos, y por supuesto, compartiré esta deliciosa receta con todos ustedes, es muy sencilla y les aseguro les va a encantar así que ¡manos a la obra!

Ingredientes:
300 g de harina de trigo todo uso.
60 g de azúcar.
60 g de mantequilla o manteca.
1 huevo.
100 ml de agua.
3 cucharadas de leche en polvo.
5 g de levadura seca.
2 g de sal.
1 cucharada de vainilla.
Ingredients:

Preparation:
Before starting it is very important to have the work table clean and dry, in addition, it is essential to sift the wheat flour.
El primer paso es la activación de la levadura, para ello, incorporamos la leche con el agua y mezclamos bien, seguidamente agregamos un poquito de la azúcar (ya medida) y un poquito de harina de trigo (batir hasta unir) y finalmente añadimos la levadura, dejamos reposar 10 min aproximadamente hasta que esta se active.
The first step is the activation of the yeast, for this, we incorporate the milk with the water and mix well, then we add a little bit of the sugar (already made to measure) and a little bit of wheat flour (beat until smooth) and finally we add the yeast, let it rest for approximately 10 min until it is activated.
Pasado este tiempo, incorporamos el resto de los ingredientes hasta obtener una masa suave y homogénea, si la masa se pega un poco en las manos, añadimos un poco más de harina y continuamos amasando hasta tener la consistencia deseada, colocamos la masa en el recipiente, la tapamos y la dejamos reposar por una hora exacta.
After this time, we incorporate the rest of the ingredients until we obtain a smooth and homogeneous dough, if the dough sticks a little in the hands, add a little more flour and continue kneading until we have the desired consistency, we place the dough in the container , we cover it and let it rest for an exact hour.
Ahora procedemos al armado de nuestros pancitos, es muy sencillo. Con la ayuda de un rodillo estiramos la masa a un (1) cm de grosor y con un cuchillo cortamos triángulos en la masa, luego, hacemos un pequeño corte en la parte superior y empezamos a enrollar. Encendemos nuestro horno a 200°C y horneamos por 30 minutos.
Now we proceed to the assembly of our buns, it is very simple. With the help of a rolling pin we stretch the dough to one (1) cm thick and with a knife we cut triangles in the dough, then we make a small cut at the top and start rolling. We turn our oven to 200 ° C and bake for 30 minutes.
