Hope you're all doing well. I'm sharing my Day 10 of The Food Diary Game, Season 11, from the #SteemFoods community, led by @steemitfoods and @alikoc07.

Lovely Sunday! I woke up a bit late, skipped the pic of my first coffee and, as usual, I was in the mood for some vegetables in our breakfast. I had plenty of time, so I made guacamole with a lot of cilantro.
I also made arepas, coated in black sesame seeds, filled with a little ham and cheese.
Always that I can, I like to add some extra fiber to the dough of our arepas.
I served our food in the living room because it was hot in the kitchen. We complemented our breakfast with coffee with milk, which we seldom drink in the morning.
While the arepas were cooking, I made I quick plum cake.
For two cakes, I used:
- 150 gr margarine
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons vanilla essence
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 4 tablespoons powdered milk
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 3 eggs (L)
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda + 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- A dash of anise-flavored liqueur
The procedure is simple:
This is a quick plum cake. Just mixed everything in the order I have listed them, et voilà!
This is what in Spanish you may know as sobao. I love these cakes because the have an intense flavor and a soft texture, and they can be outside the fridge for a week or more and continue to be fresh.
The aftertaste is of milk and slightly of anise. The lemon zest, vanilla, and cinnamon make it really fun in your mouth. You must try it.
The batter is easy to bake. It is thick and soft. I used two greased molds (18").

They took 35 minutes to bake at 300 degrees F.
Beautiful result! And really tasty :p
I made pea soup for lunch.
I added beef and the bones of a couple of smoked pork chops to add an extra flavor.
I served it with some diced fresh cheese.
Lastly, the evening coffee.
These were the highlights of my food-day.

having little amount of coffee show how you conscious about health, all the foods looks delicious , add sesame seeds with any bread added mores taste, I bet combination cheese, corn and meat is really good, overall you have submitted a great food diary that made me hungry
