Hi, dear Steemians and SteemFoodies!
It's my Day 16 in the Fifth Season of the Food Diary Game. It's Sunday, and as I upload this entry, it's been 1 day since my last 50 SP power-up. I'm going to power up every week or whenever I reach 50 Sp; fortunately, I got some good upvotes lately and so I will be powering up soon again, and again :D Feeling grateful.
I share this post in English, from the #SteemFoods community, led by @steemitfoods and @alikoc07 on the occasion of the Fifth Season of the Food Diary Game, always promoting Club5050, #Club75 and Club100.
50% of the rewards from this post will go to @sf-charity, so that I can help good deeds happen and help this great Community grow.

My food-day started early and with black coffee, hot and no sugar, as usual.
I made carrot cachapas for breakfast.
To make these cachapas, I used the leftover cornmeal buns from the previous day's dinner and the water in which I boiled them, which was thick with cornmeal. I mixed them all in the blender along with the eggs, oil, and sugar. Then I mixed this with enough grated carrot.
Below you can see that the mix is quite liquid.
After you have this batter, you cook them like tortillas on a hot frying pan.
The result is delicious, a tender carrot cachapa. I ate mine with ham and cheddar cheese.
We did not eat lunch properly. Only fruits. But in the afternoon we made up for it very well. I made a pico 'e gallo: finely chopped onion, tomato, and cilantro, with a lot of lemon juice and pinch of salt.
I made boiled yucca.
... And fried fish: moonfish and mackerel.
As you can see, I served my homemade garlic mayonnaise as well. It tastes deliciously on the boiled yucca.
After late lunch, we had our afternoon coffee, as usual.
And in the evening, we were a little hungry, so I ate a handful of cereal. My husband also ate his without milk.
</div
And this was my food-day. I hope you had a good one, too.
