Today I will share with you channa punctata fish ๐ curry recipe. If you want, you can learn this recipe and cook it. I hope you like it.
INGREDIENTS-
- Channa punctata fish ๐ - 400 g
- 1/2 tbsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp zinger paste
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin paste
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp dried chilli powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1taps turmeric powder
- 1/2 cup of chopped onion
- Coriander leaf
- 1 cup soybean oil
METHOD-
Step : 01
At first wash well the fishes and clean them very carefully. After that marinate it with half of the spices we take to cook the fish curry and keep it for 10 minutes.
Step : 02
Fry the chopped onions in a pan with oil. Fry until it turns brown.
Step : 03
When the onions turned brown in colours, add all the spices. It should be cooked for a while at least 5-7 minutes. You will get a scent of the spices. Then add the marinated channa punctata fish and cooked for another 5 minutes.
Step : 04
After that add water (as per your requirement) and mixed well.
Step : 05
Now close the lid of the pan and cook for 20-30 minutes. In the meantime you may add coriander leaf to add flavour.
Our Channa punctata fish curry is now ready. You may serve it now.
