I would like to share with you a wet cookie that I and my children love very much, and I am sure you will love and appreciate it too.Now, are you ready to give our recipe;
MATERIALS:
-200 g margarine
-1 teaspoon of sugar
-1 teacup of oil
-1 egg
-1 baking powder
-3 cups flour
-4 tablespoons of cocoa
FOR SHERBET:
-2 teaspoons of sugar
-2 teaspoons of water
Before we start kneading the dough for our cookies, we must prepare the syrup in advance.
Because it has to be cold.5 minutes after our syrup comes to a boil, we turn off the bottom of the stove. It does not need to be a very thick consistency. And we leave it to cool.
First, we take the margarine and sugar into a mixing bowl and melt the margarine and sugar with our hands.
After the ingredients come to a soft consistency, first we take the liquid oil and mix it well.
Then we get the egg.
Then we get the cocoa.
And finally, we take the baking powder and flour and get a dough as soft as an earlobe.
We break off small pieces from the dough we have obtained and give it a round shape with our palms.
We bake it in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 15-20 minutes.
We dip the hot cookies that we took out of the oven into the syrup we made before, wait for 3-4 seconds and take them out.
After applying the same process to all the cookies, we pour coconut on them. You can also pour walnuts and peanuts, if desired.
There are about 35-40 cookies out of the cookies we have made. I would definitely recommend you to try it.
