Good evening beatifull women and handsome men of steemit.This is Milly Gabby from Makerere Business School Nakawa Uganda based in kyotera district in Central Uganda.
Today I have to show you how to prepare nice and suitable source for gnuts.
First of all you get a clean source pan and you put some little water according the amount of gnuts your going to eat .It may be ahalf kilogram,aquarter or akilogram according to the number people in afamily or agroup of people.
Secondly,you cut so we'll your tomatos and put them in your boiled water untill they get soft.
After getting soft you can even apply some carry powder to make your soup not to be so white in colour
After that? You put your gnuts and squeese them to get softer in your water and after you put more fire to boil.
You boil till your gnuts gains abrownish colour and starts bringing cooking oil on top .
After that you put some salt and your source now is good to eat and it will be so sweet.
Here you can cook any kind of food either matooke, rice ,sweet potatoes,and so on .So I urge everyone here to try it your food with be delicious.
