Indian Pav Bhaji Recipe With Video by @moms-magic

Hi friends,

Welcome to my post. Today I like to share the Indian pav bhaji recipe without butter. I hope you all like it.

Ingredients

  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 1 bowl potato
  • 1/2 bowl flower
  • 1/2 bowl chickpeas
  • 1/2 bowl capsicum
  • 1/2 bowl carrot and beetroot
  • 1/2 bowl onion
  • 4 tablespoon ginger garlic and coriander paste
  • 4 tablespoon Kasturi methi
  • 2 tablespoon jeera
  • 2 Packets of 25 Gram packet of Everest Pav Bhaji Masala
  • 4 spoon oil
  • 2 Pav
  • salt as per taste

Reciepe

Step 1 :- Add some oil in cooker.

Step 2 :- Add all the vegetables on that. (i.e. potato,flower,tomato,capsicum,beetroot,cheakpease and carrot)

Step 3 :- Add turmeric powder and Everest Pav bhaji Masala on that and Add 2 Glasses of water.

Step 4 :- Cook for the next 20 Minutes.

Step 5 :- After that open the cooker carefully and crush all the veggies with help of a spoon.

Step 6 :- Add a little oil in a different pan and add cumin seeds in that.

Step 7 :- After that add onion on that and stir it till the onion color changed to a golden brown.

Step 8 :- After that add ginger-garlic-corainder paste and pav bhaji masala on that.

Step 9 :- After that add Kasturi methi and turmeric powder to it and mix this well.

Step 10 :- After that add our mixture of veggies into that and cook for the next 20 minutes.

Step 11 :- After that add fresh coriander on it and bhaji is ready for serve.

Step 12 :- Add some oil to the pan and also add a little bit of bhaji on that and heat that so all the flavors will soak by the pav also and serve it with fresh lemon and onion.
