Welcome to my post. Today I like to share the Indian recipe Stuffed Brinjal and It was a very rare Maharashtrian dish. I hope you all like it and I recommend you to at least taste this recipe once in a life and you will become a fan of brinjal.
I am Maharashtrian and I am sharing this recipe because I won't pass the recipe to the next generation as in the current generation no one will know this recipe. I hope you all will try this recipe in your home.
Ingredients
- Red chili powder 2 tablespoons,
- Black Paper 1 tablespoon
- Giner-garlic-coriander paste
- Garam Masala 2 tablespoon
- Kasturi Methi 1 tablespoon
- Crushed Groudnut 100 Gram
- Tomato puree of 3-4 Tomatoes
- Finely chopped onions 2
- Half shredded coconut
- Curry Leaves 3-4, Garlic plates 2
- Oil and salt
- 5-6 Brinjals
Reciepe
Step 1:- Firstly cleaned the brinjals and make 2 cuts on them.
Step 2:- Add oil in the pan and add 2 green chilies 2 petals of garlic, a small piece of ginger
Step 3:- After that add onion to it and keep moving the mixture in the pan.
Step 4:- After you see the onion has golden color then you need to add coconut into it and cook until the coconut color is golden brown.
Step 5:- After that grind that coconut mixture.
Step 6:- After that we need to make stuffings so we can add ginger-garlic-coriander paste into the crushed groundnut and also add corainder, 1 spoon coconut mixture, 1 spoon tomato puree, 1 spoon black paper, and turmeric powder also need to add chili powder and salt and mix this stuffings very well.
Step 7:- Afte that fills the brinjals with stuffings.
Step 8:- Another pan keep on the gas and assured that the pan is heated very well. After that add some oil to the pan.
Step 9:-Add some Hing powder in the oil.
Step 10:- Add some curry leaves on it.
Step 11:- After that add fined chopped onion in pan.
Step 12:- After you see the changes in onion color then you can add ginger-garlic-coriander paste into the pan.
Step 13:- Afte that add tomato puree in the pan and all the things you need to mix well.
Step 14:- After that add garam masala, red chili powder,turmeric powder,black paper and Kasturi methi into the pan.
Step 15:- After mixing it well add the coconut mixture and remaining groundnut stuffings into the pan.
Step 16:- Add water into the pan and keep this for 10 minutes.
Step 17:- After 10 minutes you can add the stuffed brinjal into that.
Step 18:- After that keep the lid on the pan and wait for more 10 minutes, After that our stuffed brinjal is ready for serve.
