Welcome to my post. I hope all are doing well so I came with another exciting dish. The dish's name is Sevaya Kheer. It was a very easy and popular sweet dish in India and Its preparation time was also very less. This dish is cooked within 30 MInutes.
Ingrededients
- Seviyan (vermicelli) 100 gram,
- Milk 100ml,
- Sugar 100 gram,
- cardamom powder 1tbsp,
- Desi ghee 1tbsp,
- nuts 30 gram
Recipe
Seviyan kheer is prepared with Seviyan (vermicelli), milk, and sugar. The first step is Seviyan is roasted in Desi ghee(clarified butter) which gives it a nice aroma and taste then add some water and a little bit is boiled after that add milk in the kheer and when you see our kheer is boiling then add sugar. and a little bit boils the kheer after that add the cardamom powder and a little bit of milk after that nut is added to it. Serve hot or at room temperature or chilled as per your choice.
