Hello people I am Monz here.... So you all are enjoying your day.... Monz from India going to share Indian dish called dhokala.....so let's start without any further delay....
RECIPE TO MAKE DHOKLA
Ingredients:
For Batter:
1 cup Gram Flour (Besan/Chickpea Flour)
1 tablespoon Semolina (rava/sooji), optional
1½ teaspoons Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Eno Fruit Salt
1 teaspoon crushed Green Chilli-Ginger
3/4 cup Water
1/4 cup Curd (yogurt)
1 teaspoon Oil (for greasing)
1/2 teaspoon Salt, or to taste
For Tempering:
2 tablespoons Oil
10-15 Curry Leaves
1/2 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds (optional)
1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds (til)
1 tablespoon Sugar
4 Green Chillies, slit lengthwise and cut into halves
HOW TO MAKE
1.firstly, in a large mixing bowl sieve 1½ cup besan and 3 tbsp rava.
2.add ½ tsp ginger paste, 2 chilli, ¼ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp sugar, pinch hing, ½ tsp salt, 1 tbsp lemon juice and 1 tbsp oil.
3.prepare a smooth batter adding 1 cup of water or as required.
4.whisk for 5 minutes or until the batter turns smooth silky consistency.
5.rest for 20 minutes, allowing besan to absorb water.
6.further again whisk for 2 minutes.
7.additionally, add ½ tsp of eno fruit salt. WE can alternatively use a pinch of baking soda.
8mix gently till the batter turns frothy.
9.transfer to the greased container
10.immediately steam the dhokla batter for 20 minutes on medium flame or till the dhokla gets cooked completely.

11.now cool the dhokla for 5 minutes and then unmolded it.
12.further, cut the dhokla to the desired shape.
HOW TO PREPARE TAMPERING
13.prepare the tempering by heating 3 tsp oil. add in ½ tsp mustard, ½ tsp jeera, 1 tsp sesame seeds and pinch of hing.

14.also add 2 green chilli, few curry leaves and allow to splutter.
GREEN CHILLI
CURRY LEAVES
15.further add ¼ cup water, 1 tsp sugar and ¼ tsp salt.
Tempering
16.mix and boil the water well.add in 1 tsp lemon juice and mix well.
BOILED WATER
17.pour the tempering over dhokla.
TEMPERING OVER DHOKLA
18.garnish the dhokla with 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and 2 tbsp fresh grated coconut.
