Its me again @mrs.cuyag , for today i will share one of my favorite snack and drinks here in my country which is PHILIPPINE's actually i really miss eating this .
BANANAQUE
Bananas, rich in potassium, fiber, and natural sugars.Cardava bananas or ‘saging na saba’ contain the highest amount of nutrients our body needs compared to other types of bananas.
INGREDIENTS
*Cardava bananas
*Oil
*Brown Sugar
PREPARATION
*remove all banana skin and prepare the frying pan and add oil
*Add the cardava banana
*After adding the banana add brown sugar
*mixed the banana and sugar
*continue mixing until it cook and the color turn golden brown
- if its allready cook transfer the banana
*Bananaque is ready to serve
SAGO'T GULAMAN
INGREDIENTS
*Tapioca pearl
*gulaman (pandan flavor)
*2 kremdensada
*1 condence
*coconut juice
*coconut
PREPARATION
*cook the tapioca
*Add 7 cup of water in cooking pot and add the gulaman and continue mixing it until it cook
*transfer the gulaman and let it cool
*once it cool cut it into small
and transfer it into a mixing boil
*Add the tapioca pearl
*Add the coconut juice
*Add kremdensada and the condence
*Add the coconut
*Add ice to cool it and mixed
*Sago't gulaman is ready to serve
