So,today i will again share my recipe.
Its a rainy season here in my country which is philippines and this recipe that i will share is the best for this kind of season . Many filipino love soup specially chicken tinola (chicken soup) i also use green papaya and moringa.
Green papaya it can help heal wound and reduces sign of aging .It can also help digestive health and treat also infection .
Malunggay is good for nourishing skin and hair and it can help treat stomach problem it can also fight against bacterial diseases and protect our liver and making our bones more healthier.
Lets begin !
INGREDIENTS
*Chicken
*malunggay
*green papaya
*ginger
*onion
*chilli sword
*garlic
*onion leaves
PREPARATION
*first wash all the ingredients and the chicken
*second sliced chicken and also the ingredients
*also get all the leaves of the malunggay
*heat the frying pan , and put cooking oil and follow the garlic,onion and the ginger
*if its almost brown put the chicken and cover it . Wait until the chicken almost cooked
*put fresh clean water and the chilli sword
*if its already boiling add the green papaya
*wait until the papaya is cooked and follow the malunggay leaves and the onion leaves
*after 5minutes put the salt and the ajinomoto(seasoning)
*the chicken tinola is already done .
